Every workout is customised to the individual whether you want full service coaching. A 6,8,12 week custom training plan or just purchase from our range different standard training plans we have something to suit everyone.

Full service coaching:

As the name suggests our full service coaching is just that, working with our coaches to deliver a program specific to you and your lifestyle needs.

 

You will receive:

  •  Coaching Consultation and Zone Settings

  •  Personalised Plan to suit your Ability and Lifestyle

  •  Plan assessed Weekly and feedback given

  •  Unlimited access to coaches via email/phone

  •  Race & Race Nutrition Plan

  •  Free Thrive Endurance T-Shirt

All this for the one price of:

Head Coach Jason Shields $60 a week.

Coach Chris Pye $50 a week

We also have an affiliated club discount of 10% available for STC and ETC members.

Custom Training Plan:

We offer custom training plans based on your race goals and abilities. We offer 6,8,12 week plans which are written especially for you. As the name suggests there isn’t ongoing coaching with these plans and no changes once written but unlike other generic plans, we use the Training Peaks Software to customises it to you and your training zones.  We offer 6.8.12 week custom plans and every plan

 

You will receive:

  •  Free Training Peaks Training Plan account

  •  Coaching Consultation and Zone Settings

  •  Personalised Plan to suit your Ability and Lifestyle

  •  Initial Coaching Consultation and zone setting in Training peaks $50.00

  • 6 week plan – $165.00

  • 8 week plan $200.00

  • 12 week plan $270

 

Standard Training Plans

We deliver standard training plans with a difference. Using Training peaks software we offer a variety of different training plans with every workout customised to your individual training zones which we set up for you. This way there is no confusion over what intensity you should be doing to reach your goals.  These are a great way for someone on a budget to get started in the right direction.
